GENERAL

There are no refunds.

Sew n Sew Sewing School reserves the right to reschedule” face to face” classes should this be found necessary. In such an event notice of at least 1 day will be provided to class participants.

Additional time to complete the on-line course or makeup classes are not provided to participants where the circumstances for them not completing the course or missing classes is outside the control of Sew n Sew Sewing School.

Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated by Sew n Sew Sewing School and may result in the student being excluded from future sessions.

Students are entirely responsible for the condition and maintenance of their sewing equipment including sewing machines

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods will be delivered by Australia Post Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days. Sew n Sew Sewing School is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received and any damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.sewnsew.net.au and will be at your cost

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

DELIVERY OF GOODS to overseas countries

All quoted prices are displayed in Australian Currency ($Aud) and include all applicable Australian duties, taxes and charges., but specifically exclude all non-Australian duties, taxes and charges which will be at the expense of the course purchaser. There are no refunds for goods that are returned to us due to taxes and charges not paid.
